An iNest representative will assess your needs and arrange your registration with the appropriate builder(s). In order to be eligible for the Standard Builder Program, iNest Realty must register you prior to your visiting builder sales offices or directly contacting a specific builder. |

| 3. | Purchase your new home. | ||
|
Sign a sales contract for your new home at a builder community that iNest registered you with. Then, close on your new home purchase. Your bonus check from iNest will be mailed to you within 4 - 6 weeks after closing. |
