We understand that you entrust us with your private information to help us match you with a homebuilder who can meet your needs. In exchange for your trust, you expect and deserve our commitment to treat your information with respect. Rest assured that we protect your privacy. Under no circumstances will iNest sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating homebuilders with compatible new homes or subdivisions, real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere to in handling information about you and your loan request.

1. Who We Are. iNest Realty is the leading real estate brokerage specializing in newly constructed homes. There are more than 500 participating builders in the iNest Featured Builder program. More details below…

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on the iNest site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: to participating homebuilders with compatible homes or subdivisions, real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order.

• Information we receive from you on coupon requests or other registration form submissions. When you come to the iNest site to complete a registration form you'll need to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, phone number and other information depending upon your expressed new home preference. • Technical information we collect. In order for us to ensure that we are providing the best possible consumer experience on the iNest Web site, we collect and track certain user information. More details below…



• Information from surveys. You may complete a survey from iNest online. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us.



• Information from the "Contact Us" section of the iNest Web site. You may contact iNest through the "Contact Us" feature. Participation in this area is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us. More details below…



• Information gathered from the "Partner/Alliance" section of the iNest web site. The "Partner/Alliance" section contains information for Web Site owners who wish to enter into a business development agreement with iNest and advertise iNest's service on their site. If you would like to be a business development partner, you may submit an application containing personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and address. If you use iNest's service through a business development partner site, under no circumstances will a partner site ever see your information.



• Information collected from the "Calculators" section of our site. iNest makes several resources available to you to help you with your new home search. One of these resources is the "Calculators" section of our site. We do not collect any personal data you may input into to any calculators on our site.



• Information we collect from RealEstate.com, a service of LendingTree, LLC. We have a cooperative brokerage relationship with LendingTree, LLC, which owns LendingTree.com, RealEstate.com, Domania.com, GetSmart.com, HomePriceCheck.com and certain other websites. Customers of LendingTree, LLC that may have a need for our services may be referred to iNest. iNest will receive certain information about you from LendingTree, LLC.



• Information we collect when you apply for a job at iNest. iNest may collect information from job applicants via the "Careers at iNest Realty" feature. Participation in this area is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us. More details below…

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your coupon request or other registration form submissions to match you with participating homebuilders with compatible new homes or subdivisions. We may also send your information to other third parties relevant to your transaction. iNest may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this data DOES NOT include any of your personal identifying information.

• Sharing information with homebuilders participating in our Featured Builder program, and our network of iNest real estate professionals. By requesting a coupon or other registration form submission, you authorize iNest, and any homebuilders for whom you registered, to contact you or your immediate family, using methods that include, but are not limited to, telephone, email, and US Mail. Such contact will be made using the information that you provide us during registration. By requesting mortgage information, you give us permission to transfer your personal information to the specified mortgage company so they can fulfill your request and authorize the mortgage company for whom you registered, to contact you or your immediate family, using methods that include, but are not limited to, telephone, email, and US Mail. Such contact will be made using the information that you provide during registration. By submitting a newsletter signup request, you authorize iNest to contact you via email. Your personal information will not be shared with any other entities.



• Sharing information with third parties. iNest may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you request us to do so.



• Sharing Information with RealEstate.com, a service of LendingTree, LLC. iNest has a cooperative brokerage relationship with RealEstate.com, a service of LendingTree, LLC. LendingTree, LLC owns LendingTree.com; RealEstate.com, Domania.com, GetSmart.com, HomePriceCheck.com and certain other websites. If you have been referred to iNest from LendingTree, LLC, we may share information about you and the status of your transaction with LendingTree, LLC. iNest will not share this information with any other third party.

4. Altering Information You Submit Through the iNest Web site. iNest puts you in control of your experience on our Web sites. You'll find our sites easy to navigate to find all the information you need to complete your transaction.

• Changing your information. You may be able to review and change personal information that you submitted to iNest online. If you are unable to complete this online, you may contact our Member Services Department at 800-984-6378 for assistance.



• Deleting your information. Federal and state regulations require that we store information about completed real estate transactions for various periods of time. In order to comply with these regulations, we do not delete information about completed real estate transactions.



• Request to stop receiving emails from us. Periodically, iNest may send you emails to alert you to money saving opportunities or special offers. If you do not wish to receive any of these emails, please click on the remove link in the email, or reply with "REMOVE" in the subject line.



• Security. iNest sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Please visit our Security page for a detailed explanation.

2. Information We Collect.

• Information we receive from you on coupon requests or other registration form submissions. Some of the information you supply to us on the request may be optional. If you supply this information, it will not be shared with any person or organization except: to participating homebuilders with compatible homes or subdivisions, real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. In addition, we may provide information we collect about you to third-parties for customer satisfaction surveys. These third-parties are subject to stringent data security and confidentiality requirements and, upon completion of their services, all customer information is returned to iNest or destroyed.
  
  
• Technical information we collect. When you visit the iNest web site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. This cookie merely stores a limited amount of information about your site visit. The cookie merely tracks aggregate information on how our site is being used, including session counts, navigation patterns, pages visited, etc. These cookies, however, do not store any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. as you browse the site. These cookies cannot be related to you as an individual unless you complete a coupon request or other registration form submission.
  
  When you complete a request, we store your cookie identification in our system. If you request that we remember you during a registration, we use this cookie to allow our site to recognize you when you return.
