What Are iNest Featured Builders?
Builders and communities that have a
image next to them, or are listed on our Featured Builder pages, are participants in the iNest Featured Builder
program. While we can provide you with a 1% Cash Back Rebate for homes by most builders,
iNest's exclusive 1% Cash Back Coupons are available only for Featured Builders.
These builders have made it easy for home buyers to earn Cash Back Rebates from iNest.
If the builder you prefer isn't an iNest Featured Builder, we can still help! Simply complete the iNest Homebuyer Information Form. Qualifying for a 1% Cash Back Rebate from a non-featured builder requires that iNest arrange for you to be registered with the builder prior to your visiting builder sales offices, and typically prior to your contacting the builder directly.

The iNest program is not intended to solicit prospective homebuyers who already have a Buyer Agency Agreement with a non-iNest real estate agent. If you are already under contract with a non-iNest real estate agent to purchase a new home, you are ineligible for the iNest program. Rebate not available in Missouri. In addition, certain states (including but not limited to North Carolina, Tennessee and Oregon) require that incentives be given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of closing costs or to appear on the HUD-1 settlement statement. Base price excludes options, upgrades and lot premiums. iNest reserves the right to pay rebate to Home Buyer in the form of paying closing costs on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement if so required by the lender or other party to the close or by applicable law, in the form of a discount on the purchase price if so required or transacted by the builder or other party to the close or by applicable law, or, at iNest's sole discretion, in any other form based on the needs or requirements specific to the transaction.
