Protected Site Terms of Use

1. I am at least 18 years old and interested in purchasing a new home.
   
   
2. I will provide accurate information during registration for the Protected Site, including my name and valid email address, and will maintain the information during my new home search to be true and current.
   
   
3. I will use information about new homes on the Protected Site solely for my own personal non-commercial use and will not redistribute, retransmit or sell information provided to me by iNest.
   
   
4. I will limit my search criteria on the Protected Site to only include new home communities within my price range and area of interest.
   
   
5. I understand that in order to remain eligible for a Cash Back Rebate for a Standard Builder, iNest must register me with the appropriate new home community sales office for that builder, BEFORE my first visit to the community.
   
   
6. I have not signed an exclusive agency agreement with another real estate broker, and will notify iNest in the event that I do.
   
   
7. I am not a real estate broker, real estate agent, or real estate salesperson.
   
   
8. I authorize iNest and any homebuilders for whom I register to contact me or my immediate family, using methods that include, but are not limited to, telephone, email, and US Mail. Such contact will be made using the information that I provide during registration for the Protected Site.
   
   
9. I understand that iNest disclaims all warranties concerning the reliability and accuracy of the information displayed on the iNest Website in general, inclusive of the Protected Site, and including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and that information on the any iNest Website is provided "as-is" and subject to change without notice.
   
   
10. I agree that iNest Realty Inc. shall not be liable to me for any damages based on my use of the iNest Website, the Protected Site, or registration for a Cash Back Rebate.
    
    
11. I agree that by accessing the information available on the Protected Site, I have become a bona fide customer of iNest Realty who is seeking information about real estate services relating to my potential purchase of real estate relative to any searches I perform using the Protected Site.
    
    
12. I understand that various states may have various agency relationships and required disclosures, and that if or when requested by iNest I will read and acknowledge the appropriate disclosures for the state(s) in which I am searching for property.
