Craig Welch and Bill Collins founded Wexford Homes in 1989. Based in Saline, Michigan, Wexford Homes has earned an outstanding reputation over the past 13 years for building high quality executive and luxury homes in the Saline-Ann Arbor area of Washtenaw County. Wexford is now expanding its operations into Livingston County and into additional product lines of multi-family and entry-level single-family housing.

During the past 13 years, Wexford has delivered over 400 homes to clients in Washtenaw County, and the company has grown from the two principals to over 30 employees. Craig and Bill have extensive experience in construction, real estate development, real estate law and finance. They are supported by a team of high caliber employees with expertise in sales and marketing, accounting, finance, taxation, construction management, construction purchasing and estimating, architecture, and information technologies.

During the past 13 years, revenues have grown from under a million to approximately $21 million projected for 2002. This revenue growth has earned the Wexford placement twice on the INC. 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in America, at #55 and #43.
