Tim Jones Communities has been a leading builder in the Southern Crescent for over 27 years. Founder and President Tim Jones is responsible for the company's strategic vision as well as the architectural integrity of its communities and homes. As his company continued to grow through the years, Tim's industry leadership was confirmed when he was elected to serve as President of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Already a past president of the Metro South Homes Builders Association, he was Builder of the Year for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association of Georgia. Tim Jones Communities is currently developing and building in four Metro Counties; Clayton, Fulton, Henry and Gwinnett. Recently, Tim has welcomed his son Adam and daughter Ashley into the company.

Tim Jones Communities was also among the first to receive "Certified Professional Home Builder" as well as prestigious Diamond Builder Award. Other achievements include the "Professionalism Award" from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and continued recognition in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Book of Lists".
