The Goodrich Meadows Community is located in the Village of Goodrich, MI in Genesee County just off of M-15. It provides convenient access to I-75, which is only 10 to 12 minutes south of Goodrich, and easy access to I-69, which is approximately 8 to 10 minutes north of Goodrich. The community is comprised of a total of 83 home sites ranging from approximately 12,000 square feet to over 29,000 square feet.
Location: From I-69: Take exit #145 State Rd. (also known as M-15) and travel south approximately 8 miles to the Village of Goodrich. Look for the U.S. Post Office on the east side of M-15, and then for Goodrich Meadows which is immediately south of it on the same side of the road. Turn left into the community on Valley Creek Drive and look for our lovely two story model home at 10345 Valley Creek. From I-75: Take exit #91 State Rd. (also known as M-15) and travel north approximately 12 miles to the Village of Goodrich. Look for the U.S. Post Office on the east side of M-15, and then for Goodrich Meadows which is immediately south of it on the same side of the road. Turn right into the community on Valley Creek Drive and look for our lovely two story model home at 10345 Valley Creek.
