Located just north of Brier Creek on Highway 70 at Sherron Road in southeast Durham, Brightleaf is a Master Planned community designed with nature in mind. With pools, tennis courts, a lake, parks, trails and lots of green space, there is plenty to do! In addition to all of this, Brightleaf is located between downtown Durham and downtown Raleigh and is close to the airport and three major malls.
Location: I-540 to north on Glenwood Avenue/ Hwy 70 W. Follow Hwy 70 W. crossing T.W. Alexander and Page Rd.. Brightleaf is on the right at Copper Leaf Parkway just before Miami Blvd. & Mineral Springs/Sherron Rd. Follow Copper Leaf Parkway and turn right on Prospect Parkway. At the next roundabout, our models will be the first two homes on the left.
