Founded in 1978, Signature Homes is a permanent part of Las Vegas. One of the area's oldest and largest home builders, the Company has built more than 9,000 homes, condominiums and apartments in Southern Nevada and is ranked 22 out of the top 100 privately-owned businesses in the Las Vegas valley. Company founder, Richard Plaster, continues to operate Signature Homes as a family-oriented business with his wife, Wendy.
