Keystone Homes... Staying Focused!

It's been said many times, "when one door closes, another opens." The end of one opportunity often leads to another. This is just the situation which formed the beginings of Keystone Homes. Rich Eneim, president and owner of Keystone Homes, took advantage of such a situation in 1989 when he left a major, local Valley home building company to start Keystone Homes. At that point, Rich Eneim was directly responsible for the marketing, sales and construction, product development and acquisition efforts which produced an average of 600 homes per year. "I had the distinct desire to get out of the big builder environment. I wanted more direct contact with clients as well as more control over the actual homes I would be building," said Rich.
As part of the management team for a large-volume builder, Rich mastered the processes, systems and procedures necessary to run an efficient home building company. It was this expertise that gave Rich the confidence to create a home building company which is based on the concept of utilizing the efficiencies of the "big builders" system, but focused on smaller volume, increased attention to customer needs and greater emphasis on design.
