Jeffrey Nathan has been building homes since 1983. Jeffrey is a hands on manager who personally oversees all aspects of the homes built by J & K Builder Group. In order to ensure the highest degree of quality, the firm only builds 7-10 homes a year.

Kenny Down has been in the residential new construction market for over 25 years. Most of this time was serving builders as a heating and air conditioning subcontractor. Kenny worked for 17 years in his father’s business, in upstate New York, which grew from 1 truck to over 88 trucks. Kenny owned his own HVAC business, located in Holly Springs, which he grew from scratch to over 4.0 million in sales in just 4 years. As a builder now, Kenny understands the importance of having professional, quality minded, skilled subcontractors. Excellence is the standard by which Kenny was raised, and he brings that same passion to the building business.
