Bloomingdale, Ill., September 22 -- iNest Realty, a leading real estate brokerage specializing in newly-constructed homes, today announced the company has sold its 15,000th home.
As part of this milestone recognition, iNest presented the builder of the 15,000th home, Ryland Homes' Chicago Division, with the company's Golden Hammer Award. The award was presented to Bob Meyn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes on September 22 by Vince Halama, vice president of sales for iNest Realty, a subsidiary of RealEstate.com.
Said Halama, "With our '15,000th home sold' milestone under our belt, we couldn't be more convinced that the connection we make between new home builders and buyers is a great formula. To date, iNest has saved consumers more than $32 million in rebates, with an average rebate per transaction of about $2,100."
