We build high quality homes, priced from the $120's to upwards of the $300's. Each home is energy star certified, regardless of the sales price. We use Acme bricks, tech shield decking, paneled doors, rounded corners, high ceilings, lots of arches, fireplaces, covered patios, and more. We are not focused on "volume" of homes like so many national builders, and even the bigger local companies. We build quality homes. We deliver good service. We offer a fair price, and we do it in a local area, where we can truly connect with people.
