Horton's most affordable and established communities here on the Northeast side of town just a few blocks away from Judson High School on FM 1516 and Donalan Drive. Our community is about half way between Randolph Air Force Base and Ft. Sam Houston. It is only about three miles from IH-10 and about the same distance from Loop 1604. Astoria Place is a small quiet community tucked away in Converse but only minutes away from San Antonio. Our schools are in the Judson Independent School District. Conveniently located close Randolph, Fort Sam & Downtown!! Judson Independent School District! Easy access to FM 78, IH-10 and 1604!
Location: From IH 10, exit FM 1516 and travel north. Turn right onto Donalan Drive. The model home park will be on your right. From Hwy 78, turn east onto Schaeffer Road, behind the Judson High School Campus. Turn right onto FM 1516. Travel to Donalan Drive and turn left into the community. The model home park will be on your right.
