Stone Mountain is part of DeKalb County, Georgia. This smaller town offers a quiet, quaint transformation from the nearby big city. Stone Mountain is home to the Stone Mountain Park. The huge park, which draws in the tourists in droves, is run by the state of Georgia and the Stone Mountain Memorial Association.
