In that time, Benchmark has refined industrialized building technology to build high quality homes in less time, than traditional “site-built” homes while providing the homeowner with superior construction, design, and materials.

Benchmark, and its affiliates have built and marketed over 30,000 homes, it has developed and built over 2,000 multi-family units in 20 multi-family communities, valued at over $100 million. Benchmark operates from a 90,0000 sq ft state-of-art facility, with the capacity to produce 300 homes per year. All of Benchmark’s components are prefabricated in-house, including the floor and roof truss systems.
